Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for 15+ open roles quarterly
  • Administer HRIS (Workday) operations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with federal/state regulations
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives including recognition programs and pulse surveys
  • Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment, and workers' compensation claims processing
  • Lead HR compliance audits, maintain personnel files, and update employee handbooks
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and conduct training sessions on HR policies and company culture
  • Support talent management through performance review cycles and succession planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of HR coordination experience with proven success in recruitment and employee relations
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP preferred) and MS Office Suite
  • PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-SCP preferred
