Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer benefits programs and employee records in HRIS systems
- Coordinate training initiatives and professional development workshops
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations and company policies
- Facilitate employee relations through conflict resolution and engagement activities
- Support HR analytics and reporting for strategic decision-making
- Organize HR events and maintain employee communication channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of HR coordination or generalist experience
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP)
- Strong knowledge of Texas labor laws and EEO guidelines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
