Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Administer HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR) to maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution, recognition programs, and engagement surveys
- Oversee benefits administration: enrollment, changes, and liaising with providers for 401(k), health, and wellness programs
- Support payroll processing coordination and ensure timely delivery of compensation and benefits
- Develop and execute onboarding experiences for new hires across all departments
- Prepare HR analytics reports for leadership and ensure adherence to federal/state labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of HR coordination experience with demonstrated recruitment and onboarding expertise
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate sensitive employee situations
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Knowledge of Missouri employment laws and EEOC compliance requirements
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data with discretion
