Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system
- Support HR compliance initiatives including I-9 verification, background checks, and policy updates
- Organize employee engagement events and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback
- Assist in compensation benchmarking and benefits administration
- Act as primary HR contact for employee relations inquiries and conflict resolution
- Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal abilities
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
