As our HR Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in supporting 200+ employees through recruitment coordination, onboarding excellence, and HRIS management. Collaborate with department leaders to implement talent strategies while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 remote days per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment coordination including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation
- Oversee seamless onboarding processes for new hires including orientation and documentation
- Maintain and update HRIS (Workday) with employee data, benefits enrollment, and performance records
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives including recognition programs and conflict resolution support
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC) and company policies
- Assist with compensation administration including salary surveys and benchmarking
- Support HR analytics through reporting on turnover, retention metrics, and workforce trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR coordination or generalist experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance regulations and best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills for employee interactions and presentations
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Experience with talent acquisition processes and ATS systems
