Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Coordinate HR initiatives including training programs, employee engagement activities, and performance management
- Maintain accurate HR records using our ATS and HRIS systems with 100% data integrity
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets and resolving discrepancies
- Handle employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism
- Assist in developing HR policies that align with company culture and legal requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in HR or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of HR coordination or generalist experience
- PHR/SPHR certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Expert knowledge of Arizona labor laws and EEOC regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to handle sensitive matters
- Proven track record in recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
