Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Onboard new hires with streamlined documentation and orientation processes
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and open enrollment periods
- Support HR initiatives including performance management and training programs
- Handle sensitive employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR coordination experience
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday or BambooHR preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Wisconsin employment laws and EEOC regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
