Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the end-to-end new hire process, including orientation, paperwork, and benefits enrollment, as well as coordinate exit interviews and offboarding logistics.
- HRIS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Workday/BambooHR), ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Payroll Support: Assist the Payroll Specialist in collecting time sheets, processing leave requests, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Benefits Administration: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all HR documentation, policies, and procedures align with federal and state labor laws.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company-wide events, such as annual retreats, holiday parties, and team-building activities.
- Recruitment Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software (Workday, BambooHR, or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- SHRM/PHR Certification: Certification is a plus but not required.
