Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Maintain employee records in HRIS systems with strict confidentiality
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Administer benefits enrollment and resolve employee inquiries
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and reporting
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Track HR metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Knowledge of Florida labor laws and HR compliance basics
- Proactive problem-solving approach and collaborative mindset
- Available to work on-site in Miami (no remote options)
