Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Onboard new hires with streamlined paperwork and orientation materials
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system (Workday experience preferred)
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve routine inquiries
- Administer benefits programs and enrollment processes
- Assist with compliance documentation and reporting requirements
- Coordinate HR events including training sessions and employee recognition programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of federal and state labor regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
