Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files
- Administer benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and reporting
- Support HRIS data entry and record maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment laws
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if travel required)
