Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Maintain and update HRIS databases with accurate employee information
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with enrollment processes
- Support HR compliance initiatives including record-keeping and documentation
- Coordinate employee relations activities and assist with policy implementation
- Assist in organizing HR events and training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
