Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Assist with new employee onboarding including preparation of employment documents and orientation materials
- Manage HRIS data entry and maintenance ensuring accuracy of employee records
- Administer benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
- Support employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution and policy communications
- Coordinate HR projects including training sessions and engagement activities
- Assist with compliance documentation and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
