Responsibilities

- Assist with employee relations inquiries and documentation maintenance
- Manage HRIS data entry and compliance reporting
- Coordinate benefits administration and open enrollment

- Support HR analytics and reporting initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads on talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or ADP)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of California employment regulations
