Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews
- Onboard new hires: prepare orientation materials, complete paperwork, and ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain HRIS records: update employee data, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy
- Support employee relations: address routine inquiries, coordinate benefits enrollment, and assist with HR compliance
- Organize HR initiatives: coordinate training sessions, team events, and recognition programs
- Assist with HR documentation: maintain personnel files, prepare correspondence, and support policy updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR experience or relevant internship/co-op experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with customer service mindset
- Basic knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
