Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and policy updates
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
- Coordinate employee engagement events and wellness initiatives
- Process payroll data and benefits administration support
- Generate HR metrics reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Georgia driver's license (for occasional offsite events)
