Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives and resolve routine inquiries
- Assist with compliance documentation and reporting
- Support benefits administration and employee wellness programs
- Contribute to HR analytics and reporting projects
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
