Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for 15+ open roles
- Onboard new hires through orientation programs and document preparation
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and conflict resolution
- Maintain HRIS databases (Workday) and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate HR initiatives including engagement surveys and training programs
- Support benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Generate HR analytics reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/ADP knowledge preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of California labor regulations
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
