Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation preparation
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate employee relations activities and serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries
- Assist in organizing employee engagement events and cultural initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
