Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires including document preparation and orientation
- Manage employee records and HRIS data entry with strict confidentiality
- Facilitate HR compliance documentation and policy updates
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
