Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding programs for new hires across departments
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and enrollment
- Assist in planning and executing HR initiatives and company events
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of NYC labor regulations
