Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding through documentation, orientation scheduling, and welcome kits
- Maintain accurate HR records in our Workday system and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Handle benefits administration inquiries and enrollment support
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze retention trends for improvement
- Support HR analytics reporting and data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of EEO and FMLA regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
