Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Assist with employee relations initiatives: resolving inquiries and maintaining HR databases
- Coordinate training programs and professional development workshops
- Manage HR documentation: employment files, compliance records, and policy updates
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Organize employee engagement events and culture-building activities
- Assist with HR analytics and reporting for talent metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday or BambooHR knowledge a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Knowledge of Louisiana employment laws and compliance requirements
