Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and documentation
- Manage HRIS data entry and record maintenance
- Coordinate employee orientation and training programs
- Assist in compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/ADP preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws (EEO, FLSA)
