Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support new hire onboarding processes including document preparation and orientation scheduling
- Manage HR databases and maintain accurate personnel records in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries
- Assist in organizing employee engagement events and training programs
- Contribute to HR analytics by compiling reports on turnover, recruitment metrics, and workforce trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of EEO, FMLA, and other HR compliance regulations
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to multitask effectively
