Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires including document preparation and orientation scheduling
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files in compliance with state regulations
- Administer benefits enrollment and employee inquiries regarding health and welfare plans
- Contribute to HR projects including employee engagement initiatives and policy updates
- Support payroll processing coordination and timekeeping systems
- Assist with workplace safety compliance documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent communication abilities and customer service mindset
