Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for technical and non-technical roles
- Onboard new hires with comprehensive orientation and documentation processes
- Assist in HR compliance initiatives including I-9 verification and personnel file maintenance
- Manage employee relations inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate benefits administration and open enrollment periods
- Support HRIS data management and reporting tasks
- Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (Workday/ADP a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive problem-solving approach and team player mentality
- Knowledge of California employment regulations preferred
