Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials
- Manage HRIS data entry and ensure employee records are accurate and compliant
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and maintain personnel files
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Track HR metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Workday a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
