Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel files
- Administer employee benefits programs and enrollment processes
- Contribute to HR compliance initiatives and policy updates
- Manage HRIS data entry and report generation
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs
- Assist with payroll administration and time-off tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
