Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers
- Onboard new hires: prepare paperwork, conduct orientations, and maintain personnel files
- Assist with employee relations: address inquiries and resolve workplace concerns
- Manage HRIS data entry and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Administer benefits enrollment and maintain accurate employee records
- Support HR analytics and reporting for workforce planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
