Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Facilitate new hire onboarding: prepare paperwork, conduct orientations, and maintain personnel files
- Assist with HR compliance: ensure adherence to federal/state labor laws and company policies
- Manage employee data: maintain accurate HRIS records and generate required reports
- Coordinate training programs: schedule sessions and track employee development progress
- Support employee relations: address basic inquiries and assist with conflict resolution
- Assist with benefits administration: enrollments, changes, and vendor communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
