Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding activities including new hire paperwork and orientation preparation
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and wellness initiatives
- Contribute to HR data analysis and reporting for workforce metrics
- Support HR projects including policy updates and process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance regulations (EEO, FMLA, etc.)
- Proactive problem-solving approach and customer service mindset
