Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire orientation preparation
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system (Workday experience preferred)
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and serve as first point of contact for benefits inquiries
- Assist with payroll processing support and timekeeping verification
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
- Support employee relations initiatives and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of California labor regulations
