Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system and ensure compliance
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures
- Assist in organizing employee engagement events and training programs
- Support HR analytics by compiling reports and tracking key metrics
- Collaborate with payroll department for accurate timekeeping and records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
