Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding processes including documentation and orientation
- Manage HRIS data entry and maintain accurate employee records
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and enrollment
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and policy updates
- Support employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs
- Handle confidential HR inquiries with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday or ADP experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of NYC labor laws and HR best practices
- Proactive problem-solving approach and team collaboration mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
