Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding programs to ensure seamless employee integration
- Maintain HRIS databases with accurate employee information and documentation
- Support HR compliance initiatives including EEO recordkeeping and policy updates
- Coordinate employee events and engagement activities to boost workplace culture
- Assist in developing recruitment materials and job descriptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR/recruiting experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
