Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system (Workday experience preferred)
- Administer benefits enrollment and resolve employee benefits inquiries
- Contribute to HR compliance initiatives including EEO reporting and policy updates
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping administration
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain confidential information
