Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding initiatives for new hires, including documentation and orientation
- Manage employee records in HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Contribute to employee engagement programs and internal communication campaigns
- Assist with HR compliance matters including policy updates and regulatory filings
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday or SAP a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR regulations and compliance standards
