Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing job postings
- Assist with onboarding new hires: preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and maintaining employee records
- Administer HR processes: benefits enrollment, time-off requests, and performance tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations (FLSA, EEO, etc.)
- Manage HR documentation: maintain personnel files, update HRIS systems, and generate reports
- Support employee relations initiatives: handle inquiries, mediate minor conflicts, and organize team events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
