Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Assist with HRIS data entry, maintenance, and reporting using platforms like Workday or BambooHR
- Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives
- Manage employee records, benefits enrollment, and compliance documentation
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and resolve routine HR inquiries
- Assist in preparing HR reports for leadership and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, FLSA)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
