Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain employee records in HRIS systems
- Administer benefits enrollment and employee relations inquiries
- Coordinate HR projects including training sessions and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
- Support HR administration including document management and file maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (EEOC, FMLA, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
