Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical positions including sourcing, screening, and interviewing top-tier talent
- Design and implement innovative onboarding programs to improve new hire retention by 25%
- Manage employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans
- Oversee benefits administration, wellness programs, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements to leadership
- Coordinate training programs including leadership development and compliance training
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure data integrity across all systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in coordinator/specialist roles
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep knowledge of federal/state employment laws (EEOC, FMLA, FLSA)
- Proven success in developing employee engagement programs with measurable results
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing HR budgets and vendor relationships
