Responsibilities
- Administer full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations programs and resolve workplace conflicts
- Oversee benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive HR coordination experience

- Expert knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and EEOC compliance
