Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Cross-sell bank products such as CDs, savings accounts, and credit cards.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and perform daily balancing procedures.
- Adhere to strict banking regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Assist in branch operations during peak hours and manage lobby traffic.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
