What You'll Do:
- Accurately process customer transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their banking needs to ensure a premium experience.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Maintain the integrity of the cash drawer through strict balancing procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Comply with all federal and state banking regulations and security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their banking experience.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for our suite of financial products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and POS equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer service experience is preferred but we provide training for the right candidates.
