Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Learn and utilize the bank's core software systems (e.g., FIS, QuickBooks).
- Assist in identifying and cross-selling banking products and services to meet branch goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cash drawer at all times.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or banking experience is a plus.
