Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining bank products and services to prospective clients.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for this trainee role.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
