Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their banking needs.
- Assist with the daily reconciliation of the teller drawer and balancing of the cash drawer.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to existing and new customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to strict security and compliance regulations.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for this trainee role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Must be detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.
