What You Will Do:
As a Bank Teller Trainee, you will be the face of our institution. You will handle daily financial transactions, assist customers with account inquiries, and contribute to a positive branch atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account issues.
- Open new checking and savings accounts for customers.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and POS software.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
