Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Execute complex account services while maintaining strict regulatory compliance (BSA/AML)
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Conduct cross-selling initiatives for credit products, investments, and premium services
- Perform daily cash management and reconciliation procedures
- Participate in quarterly compliance audits and security training
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction scores through personalized service
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance/Business or 2+ years customer service experience
- Proven cash handling experience with zero discrepancies
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, FIS)
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification within 90 days of hire
- Exceptional attention to detail with error rate below 0.5%
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
- PA Notary Public certification preferred
